Hi, I’m Todd (he/him) and I am a craftsman and handyman with more than 20 years of experience.
I have been in and out of different areas of construction, city planning, and office planning for the last 30 years and have experience in all areas of general home support.
As the owner of many older homes I can help you match beautiful old moulding with new. I will help you find the products to fix your house and keep it as close to original as possible. I can help you get those old doors to open smoothly again.
I also work on newer homes and understand modern building systems. As new homes hit the ten year mark, many owners find they need to replace or adjust builder installed products. Lately, I have followed floor refinishers to get their edges, baseboards, and other bits cleaned up particularly after stairs were refinished from carpet to wood.
I have worked in construction and know my way around a drywall knife, your sprinkler systems, building and installing shelving, fixing up your garage for better storage, and I can install your home upgrades and even your kid’s play structure. I have an eye for design and like my work to be clean and well done when I’m finished.
I also know when I’m in over my head. I will not fix something that others can do better. But I can help you find the right person for that job.
